All you naughty squaddies will know of this place it is a quiet bit of woodland..
Thats where i perform a cleansing ritual..
This involves thanking the almighty creator for my health and knowledge..
Then ten minutes forgiving myself and those who i hold grudges against..
Letting go of all the things your ego hold onto as possesions..
this is a good way of spingcleaning the mind and soul..
Back in the car short journey home maybe listen to Paramore..
This is my morning and evening ritual..
It always makes me happy..
